United Way announced today that Cempa was named a finalist for the organization’s 2023 Celebrate Awards in the “Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Award” category. According to United Way, “This new award recognizes an organization that has made significant and intentional strides in advancing equity in our community. This category is focused on leading by example, building deeper community connections, and taking direct action to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in our community.” We are honored to have been named a finalist alongside The Bethlehem Center and The Enterprise Center, two other organizations making great strides in our community.
